Rees Water Utility Dept Take-aways

Bringing Truth to Light

To better understand the impact of the letter that Amanda Rees wrote regarding the water utilities department and problematic issues, a “deep dive” was taken and the letter was then picked apart and edits for clarity as it relates ONLY to the Palm Coast Water Utilities Department.

As we looked more closely at the letter and pulled out facts that pertain to the Rees termination, we see a pattern of behavior that’s too scary to ignore.

Is there a “deep state” type of activity going on behind the scenes? Rees alleges in her letter that others are presenting false information to the City Council and the public and worse, are altering Palm Coast’s City Charter – are they doing this with or without the knowledge and/or permission of the City Council?  How long has this been going on?  WHO LEAKED?

Only the city council can add, delete, change the Ordinances and City Charter,  per Sec. 49-53. – Water, reclaimed water and wastewater service fiscal/finance procedures/annexation policies, section (c)

You decide.
