City Hall Deflection?

Jeremy Davis, of Palm Coast, Florida is very vocal about the man-mad-flooding that the city refuses responsibility for allowing a home to be built beside his that is 3 feet higher than his and without proper building inspection, adherence to city/state building codes and drainage. Palm Coast City staff have tampered with permit notes and have allowed broken culvert pipes and appear to have mislead him in public gatherings that they had fixed a broken culvert pipe that was responsible for water intrusion into his home
